Antigua – Horta (Faial, Azores)

Another Atlantic Crossing, just the other way: from Caribbean to Europe. A reward after approx. 10 days at sea is a beautiful, unforgettable experience of Horta, the Faial Island in the Azores archipelago. A hundred year old “Peter Sport Café”, some of the best fishing restaurants, a welcoming city and its inhabitants. No crowd, mainly sailors and fishermen around. A possibility of looking at the whales during a “whale watching” day trip.
